Our Tailored Approach

Our clients size range from over 50 sites to just two users so our team creates implementation packages that are tailored to meet your agencies’ unique needs.  Our experienced implementation team comes from various disciplines – home care agencies, home care software development, project management, training and scheduling.   Each team member has a distinct competency to assist in integrating our solutions into your business.  Our implementation team is very experienced and understands the impact that a new system has on an organization and that each organization has very distinct needs as well as differing external regulations on internal workflow processes depending on location. 
 
Effective project management is the core of our implementation process. Your Procura Project Manager will step you through the variety of services that are available and together you will craft an implementation plan that fits your needs. The final plan will clearly outline timelines, milestones and responsibilities and become the road map for monitoring the implementation against your goals.  Together, this partnership will ensure your Procura Implementation is planned and executed successfully, on time and on budget.
 

Project Kick-Off Meeting

Every new client implementation starts with a Kick-Off Meeting. Upon receiving a signed contract, we will conduct a call to introduce your team to your Implementation Manager as well as our Customer Service Manager.   Among other tasks, we will present an overview of the implementation process, assign initial action, set a date for an Implementation planning session and start on a proactive communication plan. You and your Implementation Manager will develop a communication plan that ensures this success. 
 
From project kickoff to "Go-Live" our team provides the roadmap needed to deploy our solution in your unique setting.  Various project management and change management tools are provided to expedite the entire process with jointly managed timelines ensuring a successful outcome.
 

Business Analysis

Our experienced implementation team follows a highly structured Business Analysis approach to gain an understanding of our client's needs. Through ongoing meetings, our team will assess our client's business processes translating them into System Requirements Document (SRS).  Once agreed upon by our clients, the approved SRS provides a blueprint for configuring Procura specifically for each client.
 

Data Migration & Software Testing

Our Implementation Team reviews each conversion carefully and works with our clients closely to ensure a successful data conversion.  Whether you are coming from a manual or automated system, Procura will assist in ensuring the necessary information is present. 
 
Our testing process ensures your data is accurately set up according to your business requirements as well as verifies that your agency workflow processes are finalized.  Upon final testing of your system functions, your organization is ready to Go-Live on Procura.


Go-Live on Procura

During the Go-Live process we work to ensure a successful deployment into your environment in the least disruptive manner.  Your Procura Project Manager will continue mentoring your organization as you transition over to Customer Support.
