Honeywell HomMed Partners with Procura to Offer Comprehensive Telehealth Solution
(December 12, 2007) Towson, MD- HomMed today announced that it will partner with Procura, LLC, a leading global provider of information systems and services for healthcare entities, to help healthcare providers advance how they digitally store patient records and improve healthcare solutions. Aligning with Procura's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system allows Honeywell to integrate patient record storage in a digital format with Honeywell HomMed's Telehealth LifeStream Platform (TM)and Genesis DM (TM)telemonitors.

Procura Licenses First DataBank's Drug Databases to Enhance Drug Decision Support for Home Care & Hospice
(December 5, 2007) Towson, MD / San Bruno, CA - Procura and First DataBank have announced an agreement to incorporate First DataBank's National Drug Data File (NDDF ®) Plus drug database within Procura's decision support software. Procura serves the home care & hospice industry for the management of their Medicare, Medicaid and private duty lines of business.  This agreement exemplifies the commitment of both companies to enhancing patient safety and quality of care, through accessible and useful drug information.

Karen Peterson Appointed Manager, Implementation & Training
(November 27, 2007) Victoria, BC - The Board of Directors of Procura is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Karen Peterson to Manager of Implementation & Training. Karen brings to Procura extensive experience with over 23 years career in home and community care ranging from provision of home care to scheduling staff to managing a Community Service Home Support Program.  Over the last eight years at Procura, Karen has been successfully managing Procura implementations "cover to cover," mentoring Procura's Application Consultants and contributing to continuous improvement in our implementation processes and product improvements. Her experience, knowledge, and capable manner have been key to the success of some of Procura's more complex deployments, including entries into new marketplaces.


Darcey Trescone Appointed Vice-President Sales and Marketing at Procura
(November 7, 2007) Victoria, BC - The Board of Directors of Procura is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Darcey Trescone as Vice-President, Sales and Marketing. In keeping with our focus on the U.S. marketplace, Ms. Trescone will focus on sales in the U.S. in the near term. Procura Partners with SecureCare to Offer Physician Portal with eSignature and SecureFAX Management System
(September 25, 2007) Towson, MD - Procura LLC has partnered with SecureCare Technologies, a leader in heathcare electronic document delivery solutions since 1999, to provide the new Procura Physician Portal with eSignature and the Procura SecureFAX Management System. OCS, Inc. and Procura LLC Extend Partnership By Offering OCS' PPS Impact (TM)Products

Procura to Purchase Home Health Assets from 3M Health Information Systems
(August 31, 2007) Victoria, BC - Procura today announced its purchase of the assets of The Home Health System business unit of 3M Health Information Systems, Inc.  The sale is scheduled to close in 45 days.  The 3M assets include a fully integrated clinical and back office solution for Home Health Care and Hospice. The system replaces paperwork, enhances clinical compliance, and delivers an Electronic Health Record (EHR) for the community. Procura will assume responsibility for all

Saranna Home Care has chosen Procura as their Hospice Solution
(August 16, 2007) Pawtucket, RI - Saranna Home Care, Inc ("Saranna") will be utilizing Procura's Point of Care and Electronic Resource and Billing management system across all three of their business lines (also operating Nursing Placement Inc and Hospice of Nursing Placement, Inc.)  Delivering hospice, private duty home care, visiting nurse service and palliative care, their knowledgeable staff assist patients in managing their care, as well as ensuring patient allowances for Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance services are met.

Procura Names Greg Martin to Serve as Chief Operating Officer
