With over 15 years experience in the healthcare and home care industry, Darcey oversees business development and customer relations for Procura in the US, Canada and Australia.  Her background in management coupled with her experience in hospital and home care clinical settings bring a unique perspective to the sales and customer relations at Procura.  Since 2002, her consultative and customer focused leadership style has been an asset to both Procura customers and the Procura team.

Susan is responsible for Account Management with current customers and seeking new opportunities for sales in Canada.  Her background includes over 25 years of Information Technology training consultation, customer service, retail and financial management.  Susan has been an Account Manager with Procura since 2001 and is experienced and knowledgeable of our customers and their requirements for home and community health software.

Megan has a strong healthcare technology and software consulting background complimented by experience in clinical nursing.   She has been involved with numerous healthcare software deployments across the Australian and US home care sectors.  Since 2006, Megan has been working with Procura customers and is responsible for new business and customer relations in Australia. 

Mary Pat is responsible for new business and customer relations in the US Eastern Region.  She has worked for several large firms across the US managing large projects with a focus on customer service and overall account health. Her background includes over 10 years of sales and marketing, project management and consulting.

Kathy comes to Procura with over 25 years experience in Home Health. She worked for a large agency in a number of capacities for over five years. Working in Home Care Software since 1987, she is currently responsible for bringing in new business, maintaining customer relations and Account Management for Procura.
